Everyday Love...

This year, we'll spend it at home... No restaurants, no noise,
No one before our eyes, but you and I alone...

Your favorite meal shall be mine this eve...
Name it, and you've got it, your personal chef is me.

Let's talk about you, before we discuss our future,
A little stimulating conversation as we listen to Luther.

Not Ingram, but Vandross, there'll be no loss of thoughts, neither time,
As our intellects intertwine, discussing a love so Divine.

Only God knew, what would become of you and I,
That we would together tie a love ribbon in the sky.

It feels so good, oh yes it feels so Right,
This bad boy's having a party, if only for one night.

Not just any love, for the ordinary just won't do,
I envision virtuosity when I think of you.

I'll fall asleep between the sheets, on Feb. 14.
Yet discreetly seek peace, til the day that we should meet.

Yet how do I know that we haven't already, I'm speaking beyond physicality to spiritual brevity,
A brief passing of our inner-man, our hearts so steadily...

Casting away mountains that oppose, our reaching plateaus of spiritual growth,
Together...

We can weather all storms, by faith in the arms and hands of God,
Together...

Can you imagine how great it would be to make passionate love, not to your date,
But to the one who's your God-sent mate?

Espoused as we mesh into pure happiness, honoring God with the best we can give from our flesh,
Together...

Truthfully, fruitful and pleasing to Him,
No repentance required, for therein is no sin.

I await the precious moment that we draw near,
One day can't express enough year after year.

In my heart, there's a love that ever grows and never fades,
Not just on Valentine's, but every single day... for you.

Let's Comfort, Hold, and Love One Another

Finding Peace In Your Pain...

"And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD." - Psalms 27:6 (KJV)

"My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." - James 1:2-4 (KJV)

"Count it all joy.... when ye fall..." Well isn't that something. This is not an "If you fall...," but, "when." The Word of God, not at one time tells us that this life which we live as Christians will be easy, neither that once we're saved it will be a "cakewalk." Instead, it ensures us that as believers we will be tempted, counted as outcast, and will in essence be outcast, for "we are in this world, yet not of this world..."  As it is written, "For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." - Romans 8:36 (KJV) We'll be beat down, accused, lied on, attacked, at many times, and like David, the man after God's own heart, and Jesus, our Savior, the Son of God, ask the question, "God... Why..?" These troubles that we face are for His glory, to strengthen our faith, our patience, to remind us that He is God. "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." Romans 5:3-5 (KJV)

Thank God for the Holy Ghost, thank Him for His Grace, His Lovingkindness, for His Mercy... I think to myself, "If God be for us, then who, what, and how can anyone or anything be against us?" I'm reminded of a song, "If it had not been for the Lord on my side.. Where would I be?" Lost? Dwelling, rather wallowing in sin, crying out for help on the brink of despair, without being able to muster up the thought of another a living soul, not truly knowing God but looking up at the sky, pleading for help..?" Sadly, this is the shape, and the thoughts that many, and I mean millions of Christians have today, and the lives which millions more, unsaved souls live. Why..? because we/they, fail to acknowledge the truth sometimes. It seems easy for us to neglect the promises that have been made unto us. Me..? I, like everyone else, fall sometimes, and yet, even I wonder how I still manage to encourage & uplift you. How..? It's the Spirit that lives within me. Why..? Because I have a comforter... I have the Holy Spirit of the living God living inside of me, in my heart, to reflect upon, in my mind.... Glory to God. "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..." - Proverbs 23:7 (KJV) God wants us full of joy, not to worry not complain, because we're only here, for a little while... if you gotta cry... cry. Because "...in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." Psalm 30:5 (KJV)

I'm here to tell you all to offer up sacrifices of praise. The sacrifice comes in praising the Lord in spite of.... giving Him the honor, glory & praise due Him, when you're feeling low, and you don't want to. Humble yourself, and know that HE IS GOD, and GOD all by Himself. the devil was defeated, not us, we've been given the victory. People of God, even when we are going through... WE ARE BLESSED!!!

"And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid." - Matthew 5:2-14 (KJV)

Now that you know who you are,and that you ARE blessed. I'll tell you like our Big brother Jesus told the lame man, "Arise. Take up thy bed... and walk!"

The Message: Division... The enemy seeks division. Trust in God.

Division... The enemy seeks division... "Therefore what God has put together, let no "man" put asunder." That goes for EVERYTHING He wills for us, although the scripture this was derived from a passage concerning marriage. God has a plan, a purpose, and a will for each of our lives. Yet He doesn't force anything on us. We have a choice, and putting Him first is the only way to ensure His will is done. Don't let frustrations deter you from serving Him & putting Him first. Love conquers all.

If you divide the Bible in half by the total number of scriptures, you end up with one left, which happens to be the center verse. It reads: "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man." Psalm 118:8 (KJV); I must echo, the earlier post from another FB friend: "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart, and do lean not to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him,and He shall direct thy paths." - Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) I feel that today's lesson, or message that God is teaching is to let go of EVERY weight... (Wait a minute I got a revelation... Thank you Jesus!)

Trust in Him... That's the message, cast EVERYTHING aside & trust in Him... let it ALL go, & He will handle it... He's going to take care of it. He's gonna make that way out of no way, It must be a mighty big window to pour out a blessing that we won't have room enough to receive it... Glory to God... Thank you Lord for using me, I'm fired up again... He gave me this passage to share with you:

Hebrews 12 (KJV)

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears. For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." - Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)

Pain, Patience, Perseverance, Peace and the Manifestation of Purpose By: Erron R. Johnson

"My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." - James 1:2-6 (KJV)

This is the beginning of what may be a perfect work in the end. Over the past few years, God has been dealing with me in a mighty way. When some major issues arose in my life, my initial reaction was the most common of all. I attempted to disguise, run from, or rather self-medicate my inner anguish, pain and heartache. Don't get me wrong... As a child, I grew up going to church, was baptized at an early age, sang in the church choir, loved the Lord and was really, deeply involved in the church and many of it's activities, you know, all the good ol' positive things that are usually spoken about a person at their funerals. Although I knew the Word, and knew right from wrong, I did as we all do from time to time in some shape, form or fashion. I sinned. None of us are perfect, and we won't be, not in this world at least.

In the year 2007, several things happened in my life, including the deaths of some major influential figures in my life. The loss of my neighbor, my aunt, and especially my grandmother were the most detrimental to my emotional and mental state. That's right, I'd loss some key figures in my life, and nearly loss my natural mind. I pretty much delivered the eulogy at my grandmother's funeral, at least that's what the preacher, and some family members said... Go figure. In an attempt to deal with the grief, I went wrong. Instead of casting all my cares upon the Lord, instead of doing what I know I should have done, and taking everything to God. I chose to try to numb my pain, my emotions with narcotics. Cocaine became my best friend and my worst enemy all at once.

The life I once lived had become a thing of the past. I became detached from family and friends. The possessions of my loved ones had become an outlet to get high. Before I knew it, I was on a downhill path to destruction, slowly killing myself. Hurting the hearts, and losing the trust of the family I've been blessed to have, and the woman I loved so dear. There's only one thing that changed my ways, and only one manner in which it could be done. I had to REALLY GIVE IT to God. Despite my actions on the outside, internally I was going through a spiritual battle. And only complete submission to the will of God changed that. Oftentimes, while going to get my "fix," it would seem that I could not control my own feet, I walked in directions that I didn't want to go, to get something I really didn't want to use, and many times I asked God... Why? What is the meaning of this? Why are you allowing me to go through this, to continue this? I begged of Him to stop me, even if it meant removing the breath from my body, and allowing me to rest in a cold, shallow grave.

The entire time, before all those sleepless nights, before all those tears shed and all night prayers, He'd already given me answer. One day I was led to read my grandmother's bible, and there was tiny slip of paper face down, marking a page. The verse that immediately caught my eye was, "For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:" - 1 Corinthians 1:26 (KJV) I turned the little slip of paper over. It read, "Erron Rendell Johnson" Tears began to flow from eyes, I was amazed. I was astonished, and immediately thought of prophecies that'd been spoken over me as a youth. I turned through the pages asking the Lord to lead me and to show me more. I then came upon, "Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery." - 1 Timothy 4:14 (KJV) I chuckled... I smiled. I then prayed and consulted the Lord, knowing what it meant, but wanting further confirmation. I was led to this: "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;" - Isaiah 61:1 (KJV) This was the second time I'd been led to this verse, the first was nearly seven years ago.

Over the years, I admit I've been running from my calling, not accepting my purpose, knowing what it is in my heart, and now... It's time that it become fulfilled. I recently made a decision to totally put God first in my life, to do the best I can to walk in His will, and not mine. I've been asked, "How do you know when you're walking in God's calling, in God's purpose, in His will?" To this, I say it's simple. You'll be given a tremendous peace about it, the peace that surpasses all understanding. My ministry, exactly what is it you may ask... Where/How should I serve is mine... I don't know yet. It may be a pulpit ministry, through  the arts, or maybe through delivering/sharing my testimony alone. Regardless, I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, and only the Lord, only God has brought me thus far, delivered me from the hand of the enemy, and given me new life, my mission... regardless of the manner in which it is spread/accomplished is simple, and the same as we've all been given charge, to love God with all our heart, mind and soul, to love another as Christ loved the church, and to spread His Gospel. This is our Christian duty. This has been my testimony, and my journey has just begun... Be blessed.

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." - Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV)

I'm A Living Witness... #TurnUpToGod

God Brought Us Together...

"Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”  - Mark 10:9 (NKJV)

If it weren't for God, I'd have never known you.
You came into my life, and changed everything I thought I knew about you.

It didn't take my laying eyes on you to know you were absolutely beautiful.
Despite the troubles you've been blamed for, the hurts that you've endured, we're both still here.

Though at times I can't see you, I still know you're with me, for you're in my heart.
Sometimes, it's only because of you that I continue to press on, simply because you care for me.

I've reached out many times to reach you, touch you, and you were physically absent.
However, by the grace of God, He provided me with a Comforter in the Holy Spirit.

Only time will tell what more you may become in my life, yet for now... you primarily exist existentially.
Within, but without me, internally, outwardly expressed outside of me... connected but disconnected from me.

Are things bound to turn around in season, time and purposely expound upon those grounds?
... or shall I be found pressing on with you within me, yet without being with me, intrinsically absent from my arms?

I'm grateful...

I know what I know, Who showed me, just who you are, the vision He supplied for our lives,
which his Word does not return to him void, so inevitably we'll intertwine, and reunite, inseparably becoming one.

If it weren't for God, I'd have never known you.
You came into my life, and changed everything I thought I knew about you.... Love.

The Most Beautiful Woman In the World...

She holds the key to my heart, though the door is already open...
She's all that I've ever prayed for, humbly asked the Father to bless me with and more...
The mere thought of her illuminates my mind, my heart, and sends joy throughout my soul...
When my eyes behold her, it seems as if I've beheld an angel... For even my heart smiles when she's near. I anticipate hearing her voice, & when we're unable to talk I replay our former conversations in my head, again & again... She's first my sister-in-Christ, and I know her heart for it's God who's hands it's in... I see her & I feel "giddy," like a child that still believes in Santa, and it's Christmas morning, anticipating opening presents... She's my gift from Above... She's my blessing, my motivator, my supporter, my help meet, she's my best friend... We talk, we laugh, we cry together... We argue, we fuss... We separate, we pray, then we kiss & make up...

This a love that most have never seen... She sees & treats me as her King. Yet I am her servant, for she's my queen... It seems as if we hug & I'm embracing the clouds for she's so soft to me... I've indeed been blessed by finding my "good thing." We refrain from being more than friends... For we're still being refined, tried in the fire, so that His gold we may be... We yearn being blessed to be a blessing, so that the world may see, that is God who gets the glory, and surrendered is how we'll be... We let our light shine before men & women alike, we hide not our faults, flaws nor falls. We declare God's grace & mercy, for He delivers us out of them all... It's indeed a blessing, and there's nothing more that I could request from the Father, for she's more than enough. I'm overjoyed with this woman... Then I wake up.

I'm Diligently Waiting With Patient Expectation... *FAITH*

First & foremost, her heart belongs to God. She understands that as husband & wife, we must submit to one another, and that being submissive does not mean being controlled. She places God before us, for it He that we must seek first in all things. She's beautiful, intelligent, blessed with Heavenly wisdom. She's humble, yet confident, bold, yet harmless, she's more than any man could handle, yet just enough that my heart and not my hands be made full. She encompasses my every thought, sweet as can be, yet possesses that feistiness that puts me & check, keeps me on my toes, but not walking on eggshells, pins & needles. I love her, for she's my blessing, my gift, my "good thing." We're being prepared for one another, yet she's near...

We stand face to face on the day we wed, and I'm excited, yet as nervous as I could be... She stands before me, we exchange vows and her angelic voice brings tears to my eyes... No, I'm not ashamed, not trying to hide it, for I'm a man... A man in love with his blessing, his helpmeet... We've been here before, in my dreams, yet I've never beheld her face, for her veil secludes her beauty. Her headdress sparkles beneath the lights, beautifully adorned with pearls, for the queen that she is. I've seen her hands, yet not her face. I'll know them, and their soft, gentle touch, as they rest in mine own...

She loves me enough to pray for me, and more importantly with me when trials come... Should I fall, she doesn't allow me to stay down, wallowing in the mess I may have gotten myself into... When I'm disobedient, she gently restores & corrects me... She voluntarily separates herself from me, that God I may regain my focus in KEEPING God first... She's full of the Holy Spirit... She prays in the Holy Spirit... She attends unto the voice of the Lord, and follows His command without question, to be obedient to His will. She exercises the Word of God, and truly yearns to grow in Him, applying the Word to both our lives and our friendship, prior to it becoming a relationship with one another. In times of restoration, she lives the scripture, "Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control." - 1 Cor. 7:5 (NKJV)... She knows, discerns, understands, and has experienced what it means to be delivered, to truly be saved by grace... She loves.

"...but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man." - Gen. 2:20b-22

I am her Adam, and she is my Eve... my Ruth, and I am her Boaz. I am her Abraham, and she is my Sarah... She's my Mary, and I am her Joseph. She is flesh of my flesh, bone of my bone, my help meet, my gift from God... He's preparing us both, for His purpose, and for one another.... Therefore, I'm patiently anticipating the blessing that is my "good thing, to love her as Christ loves the church."

Just Something To Think About... Take Up Your Cross; Humble Yourself... DAILY.

Luke 9:23-27 (KVJ): "And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels. But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God."

Mark 8:31-38 (KJV): "And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again. And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him. But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men. And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."

Matthew 10:31-40 (KJV): "Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me."

The recurring theme here... We must take up our crosses in this life daily. We have to take up our burdens, stresses, sicknesses, diseases, spiteful ways, grudges, put away the hurt & pains of our pasts, and stop holding the mistakes of the fools in our love lives, because of the bad choices we made against the men/women whom the Lord is attempting to place in our lives, but we may be too stubborn & fearful to allow/accept what He's trying to do to heal us, running away your own blessings. I'm sorry... But this note just took a turn in a completely different direction that I intended it to be... And really, I'm not sorry at all. I'm just letting the Holy Spirit have it's way. As a people of faith, and as children of the Most High, we need to accept the fact that every hurt, pain, and sin included that we've done, was nailed to the cross at Calvary with Jesus Christ. I'm not 'sugar-coating' anything. I'm gonna give to you pure, raw and uncut, just it's written. Stop holding your own hearts in contempt & fear and allow love to enter in, and  flow freely out of it. Put away the fear. God created and founded this world upon love, and everything He created is perfect. So what's that tell you? Two things:

1.) "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." - 1 John 4:18 (KJV)

2.) "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." - 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

And last, but certainly not least... Put your pride to death. Humble yourselves and NEVER be ashamed to proclaim the gospel of Christ, and your salvation before any man/woman.

  1. Psalm 36:11 - Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.

  2. Psalm 59:12 - For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in theirpride: and for cursing and lying which they speak.

  3. Psalm 73:6 - Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.

  4. Proverbs 8:13 - The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

  5. Proverbs 11:2 - When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

  6. Proverbs 13:10 - Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.

  7. Proverbs 14:3 - In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.

  8. Proverbs 16:18 - Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

  9. Proverbs 29:23 - A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.

... Now take all of that in, & walk in it in your lives. And all the 2,000 plus friends on my page knows that this applies to either them, or someone close to them, so share it. I love you all. Be blessed.

"If Any Man Be Willing, Let Him Take Up His Cross, And Follow Me..."
